When will I receive a response from the Tradesman?
Once you submit a quotation request, the relevant Tradesman receives an immediate notification. You will receive a direct response from the Tradesman. Make sure to include as much information as possible in the quotation request; including any photos.
How do I register as a Tradesman? (Step by Step)
To register as a Tradesman, see here. You will first have to set up a subscription. You will need a valid email address and mobile phone number to register.
I'm having difficulties registering as a Tradesman
Firstly, you have to set up a subscription. Click here to subscribe now. Once subscribed successfully you will be redirected to a registration page. Ensure that you have entered the correct email address on the registration page. Also, check your spam/junk folders. We advise you to save our email address to avoid any future correspondence reaching these folders.
Why can't I include my phone number/website/email address on my listing?
Phone numbers, website links and email addresses are permitted on Premium listings only. Note, that if you include phone numbers, web links or email addresses they will be removed from your listing.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
You can retrieve a new password by clicking on the forgot password link on the bottom of the log in box. An email will then be sent to you where you can set a new password.
I have registered my email address but have not received any communication to activate my account
Depending on your mail server, emails may be stored in your junk mailbox. Please check all mailboxes and save our email address as a 'safe sender' for all future communications. If an activation link is not present in any of your mailboxes, please try to register again ensuring you enter your correct email address.
How do I edit/de-activate my listing?
You can edit or de-activate your listing while signed in to your account. Click on 'edit/de-activate' tab.
I wish to cancel my account

How to post listings under multiple categories?
To post listings under multiple categories, you must publish a new listing under the 'Publish Your Profile' tab for each category. You may be asked to provide verification from Trades Connect admin to ensure you qualify under this category.
